Nairobi to Amboseli
Pick-up from your Nairobi hotel around midday. After meeting your driver-guide you head south-east on the Nairobi–Mombasa highway and then through Maasai country to Amboseli, arriving at camp in the late afternoon.

Day 2
Full day in Amboseli
After breakfast, set out with a picnic lunch for a full day of game viewing. Amboseli's swamps, fed by snowmelt from Kilimanjaro, attract elephants, buffalo, hippo and a wide range of birds, while the dry plains hold zebra, wildebeest and gazelle. Lunch is taken within sight of the mountain when the clouds allow. Return to camp around 5:00 pm.

Day 3 · Approx. 4 hours by road
Sunrise game drive and return to Nairobi
Start early with tea or coffee and a sunrise game drive, often the best time for photographs of Kilimanjaro. Return to camp for a full breakfast at around 8:30 am, then check out and drive back to Nairobi.
